Free bidding and when you pay

Knalveilingen is not a "bidding fee auction" or penny auction. Placing a bid is, and always will be, completely free. The following principles apply:

• Taking part in an auction is free. You do not need bid credits, bid packages or a subscription to place a bid.
• Placing a bid never costs money, no matter how often you bid or are outbid.
• You only pay if you actually win an auction.
• Before you confirm a bid, we always show the full amount you would owe if you win: the winning bid, the buyer commission and any applicable VAT.
• The buyer commission is not a separate "bidding fee" — it is part of the final purchase price, which you only pay if you win the auction.
• Any applicable VAT is shown clearly in advance, per lot.
• There are no hidden costs to take part in an auction or to place a bid.
